I joined the Physician Recruitment team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in August of 2021 after working for the health system as an administrative manager. I was put in touch with Paige Livingston at Baystate Medical Center a few months into my new role as a way to gain mentorship outside of our team, and as a way to network with colleagues working for different healthcare systems. Paige and I immediately connected on a personal and professional level. Her willingness to speak with me immediately put me at ease and allowed me to ask questions without hesitation. Paige is extremely knowledgeable of all things recruitment related, kind, and down to earth. We continue to check-in with each other and I know that she is a valuable resource should I ever need help. I would encourage all recruiters, new to their career or years in, to reach out regarding the NEPRA Mentorship program to connect with colleagues across New England.
I have been a member of NEPRA since 2010. I have found the members of NEPRA to be very welcoming and willing to share information to help us all be successful. The conferences I have attended have been very informative and in tune with what is happening in the industry nationally. I have been able to learn so much from NEPRA.

I joined NEPRA right away when I first began as a physician recruiter 9 years ago. I attended my first meeting 2 weeks into the job. It was the best introduction to my new career! Over a course of a couple of days I learned so much and created some fantastic connections. Nine years later I still learn something new every time I go the NEPRA conference and I often reach out to my NEPRA colleagues when I need a lifeline! Thank goodness for this wonderful group who is always happy to help a colleague!
